What is a radial layout?
A radial layout arranges a mind map with the central topic in the middle and branches radiating outward in all directions, like spokes from a hub. It uses the full space around the center and keeps the main topic visually dominant. This is the classic, most recognizable mind map form.
- Central node sits in the middle with branches spreading outward.
- Emphasizes the main topic and balances ideas around it.
- One of six layout options in Overscope.
