Acceptance

By installing or using Overscope, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

Your account

You're responsible for what's done on your account. Sign-in is via Apple ID — keep your Apple credentials secure. One Apple ID, one Overscope account.

Acceptable use

Overscope is a personal voice mind-mapping app. Don't use it to:

• Create or store content that is illegal to possess in your jurisdiction.
• Infringe someone else's intellectual property in a way you don't have the right to.
• Bypass security or attempt to reverse-engineer the service.
• Abuse the service in a way that disrupts other users or our infrastructure.

AI-generated content

The structure of a map — its branches and labels — is generated by AI from what you said. It is a best-effort first draft, not authoritative. Edit it freely; verify before relying on it. You're responsible for what you do with the output.

Subscription

Overscope Plus is paid via Apple In-App Purchase at $19.99/month or $149/year and includes a 3-day free trial. There is no free tier and no lifetime plan — every map runs real on-device and cloud AI. Cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; you keep access through the end of the billing period without losing any data.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We don't dispute legitimate refund requests.

Intellectual property

You keep the rights to your maps and anything you write or edit in them. We get a limited licence to process your transcribed text so we can return the map — nothing beyond that. Overscope's brand, code, app icon, and design belong to us.

No warranty

Overscope is provided "as is." We can't guarantee that every capture will be structured perfectly. We do our best; we don't promise miracles.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for any losses arising from missing, incorrect, or delayed AI output, sync issues, or extended downtime — though we will work hard to avoid them.

Termination

You can terminate at any time by deleting your account in Settings. We can terminate or restrict your account if you violate these terms. On termination we erase your data within 30 days.

Changes to these terms

We post material changes here and on the home page. Continued use after a change means acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Where you live may give you additional consumer protections; nothing here removes those.
